For this project, the goal was to create a cohesive material language that could carry from room to room without feeling repetitive.

 A rich, dark wood finish was chosen as the anchor material, appearing across the kitchen, walk-in closet, bathroom vanity, bedroom wardrobe, and living area cabinetry. Rather than treating each room as a separate design exercise, every custom construction was built from the same material family, unified by matching grain, hardware, and proportions. In the kitchen, the dark wood provides warmth against marble countertops and light-toned walls, keeping the space from feeling clinical despite its scale.

 In the dining and living areas, matching wood cabinetry ties the entertainment unit and dining furniture together, creating a visual thread that runs through the more social spaces of the home.

The same tone carries into the walk-in closet and dressing area, where it creates an intimate, boutique feel, and into the bathroom vanity and bedroom wardrobe, extending the palette into the home's more private rooms.

This whole-home approach shows how a single, well-chosen material can carry a design language across multiple functions and rooms, resulting in a home that feels considered, cohesive, and unmistakably tailored to its owners.
